Pool plaster will be applied on Wednesday, July 7. Then the contractor will begin filling the pool with water, which starts the 7 day “startup”, in which the plaster cures. The contractor has asked the OC Health Inspector to schedule the final inspection.

The pool & spa will remain closed until the final inspection has been successfully completed. Then the pool can be opened for swimming, but the heat cannot be turned on for another 25 days which allows the plaster to completely cure.
